Meet Your Pattern Interrupt, Ashlie Walton
As the founder of LEO Warriors, LLC, Ashlie has spent her entire career as a coach working with first responders, armed service members and their families. She helps her clients find balance between their personal lives and their professions. She hosts the Tactical Living Podcast and is the Admin for the most badass Facebook Group that exists, POLICE, FIRE, MILITARY AND FAMILIES.
Ashlie is an ICF Certified Life Coach, Consultant and Psychological Fitness Specialist, and she has her MBA with a concentration in Healthcare. Her podcast has ranked #105 on the iTunes charts.
Ashlie has over 14 years of experience in the medical field and has been married to an officer for over 13 years. She’s been able to pinpoint the #1 reason why people who are in professions, like first responders and military service members, never talk about the problems that are faced as a consequence of the profession.
There is a MAJOR flaw in the system and this identification is what has allowed her to help so many clients.
Nobody wants a lingering shadow following them for their entire career and sometimes, confidential is just not trusted. That is why coaching is different and why her method works.
When Ashlie isn’t working, you’ll typically find her rocking out to Bullet for My Valentine, reeling in the trophy fish while deep sea fishing or exploring a new country.
One of Ashlie’s daily goals is meeting and networking with new people.
Drop into her DM’s on Facebook and say hi.
Meet Officer Clint Walton
As a police officer for over twelve years, Clint has been exposed to the worst of the worst. He spent a lot of time learning how to find balance with his own career as a first responder and his personal life. Once he tapped the code, he then began to help others to find this for themselves. Clint became an ICF credentialed coach and works with his wife at LEO Warriors.
Clint is a co-host on the Tactical Living Podcast.
He also helps to moderate the Police, Fire, Military and Families Facebook Group.
While serving the community,, Clint learned early on the importance of building great relationships. By hitting the grind, networking and putting in hours, Clint was promoted to Field Corporal.
When Clint is not working, he enjoys being on the ocean fishing, taking care of his patrol horses, seeing the world and he has a special knack for roasting coffee.
Clint has the daily goal to make at least one other person smile and welcomes new friends. Drop him a message on Facebook.
